Shipping Locations

We currently deliver within the Sultanate of Oman only.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Processing time does not include delivery time

Delivery Time

  • Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value
  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment

Free Delivery

Free delivery may be offered on selected promotions or for orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement shown on the website at the time of checkout.

Order Tracking

If tracking information is available, it will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. In some cases, tracking may not be provided depending on the courier service used.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply
  • Katze is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist in following up where possible

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Responsibility Upon Delivery

Once the order has been delivered to the provided address, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.
