At Katze, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used food products
- Used or opened cat litter
- Opened treats or supplements
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part
- Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
